• 【岗位职责】 1.Develop equity financing proposals working along with industry groups for clients and prospects. 与投资银行部合作,为客户和潜在客户制定股权融资方案。 2.Provide equity financing solutions to clients and work with Investment Banking Department to facilitate financing transactions and business development. 为客户提供股权融资解决方案,与投资银行部密切合作,推动融资交易和业务发展。 3.Evaluate market conditions in combination with client specifics to determine financing terms and structure. 结合客户具体情况评估市场状况,以确定融资条款和结构。 4.Execute transactions including managing underwriting risk, coordinating the marketing, bookbuilding, pricing, and allocation process across departments. 执行交易,包括管理承销风险,协调跨部门的营销、簿记、定价和分配流程。 5.Initiate dialogues with investors about deal structures, valuation methodologies, and new issue environment when needed. 与投资者就交易结构、估值方法和发行环境展开会议。 6.Innovate and develop new products. 创新、开发新产品。 7.Follow financial markets closely and produce market analysis. 密切关注金融市场并进行市场分析。 【任职要求】 1.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values. 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗,具备良好的道德品质。 2.Strong communications and interpersonal skills. 较强的沟通和人际交往能力。 3.Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin. 具备扎实的英文和普通话能力。 4.Strong passion for financial service industry and with good sense of the market. 对金融服务行业有强烈的热情,具有良好的市场触觉。 5.The candidate must have passed the securities qualification examination before formal employment. 正式入职前需通过证券从业人员水平测试。
