You will lead, mentor, and develop the team, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from conceptualization and planning to execution, testing, and deployment. 2. You will define technical roadmaps, set clear project goals, and ensure alignment with overall company objectives. 3. You will collaborate with product management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 4. You will manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, identifying and mitigating potential risks, drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies. 5. You will stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Hitachi Energy remains at the forefront of innovation. 6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 7. Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, or related field. 2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in an engineering role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position. 3. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex engineering projects. 4. Strong technical expertise in relevant domains. 5. Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop engineering talent. 6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
