• 【岗位描述】 YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support toxicology and non-dietary risk assessments for active ingredients and products, including early-stage evaluations to inform project and portfolio decisions Contribute to preparation of regulatory toxicology documents, such as study summaries, expert statements, and dossier components in alignment with cross-geographical teams Assist in conducting non-dietary risk assessments and preparing supporting documentation for regulatory submissions Support coordination and monitoring of toxicological and exposure studies, including interaction with internal and external study partners, tracking timelines and deliverables, and supporting data review and consolidation Provide scientific input to regulatory questions from authorities under guidance of senior toxicologists Collaborate with other toxicology experts to support study design discussions, data interpretation, and alignment of safety positions Monitor developments in toxicology and human risk assessment, including emerging methodologies (e.g., New Approach Methodologies), and support their evaluation and potential application Contribute to cross-functional collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and Safety center, and Human Safety Profiling and Risk Assessment teams to ensure aligned regulatory strategies Support knowledge sharing and documentation, contributing to internal capability building and consistent application of toxicology standards WHO YOU ARE Master’s degree or higher in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life science Initial professional experience (e.g. PhD, up to ~2 years industry experience, or internships) in toxicology or human safety assessment Exposure to national and international regulatory toxicology and/or risk assessment concepts for chemicals Foundational understanding of mammalian toxicology and human risk assessment principles for chemicals Solid knowledge of the regulatory system for agrochemicals in China Knowledge of regulatory requirements for toxicology and non-dietary risk assessment is advantageous, ideally including international frameworks (e.g. OECD) Interest in emerging methodologies (e.g. New Approach Methodologies) and their application in regulatory decision-making Familiarity with or strong interest in prediction tools and in silico methods (e.g. QSAR models, read-across approaches, computational toxicology tools) to support safety assessment and data interpretation would be beneficial Ability to leverage AI-assisted tools to support data analysis, accelerate insight generation, and enhance efficiency in safety assessment while maintaining scientific rigor Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data and translate into structured documentation Structured and detail-oriented working style with strong scientific rigor Strong communication and collaboration skills, active connector within the local and international expert community Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and develop in a complex regulatory environment Good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency required for local regulatory interaction 隐私保护提示:拜耳深知个人信息对您而言十分重要,并严格遵守法律法规,竭力保证您的个人信息安全。如果您投递简历,您的简历及其他您主动提供的个人信息将被录入拜耳招聘系统,敬请知悉。
