岗位职责

• 【岗位职责】 Candidates will be assigned to either underwriting or claims based on your educational background and career goals. As a Property and Liability Insurance Underwriter, you will: 1. Assist senior underwriters in business acceptance and review; 2. To learn and understand the knowledge of property and liability insurance products, collect and organize relevant business data to support business analysis and decision making; 3. Participate in business process optimization and improvement to enhance work efficiency and service quality. As a Marine Insurance Underwriter, you will: 1. Marine/logistics insurance business auditing, risk assessment, execution in accordance with company underwriting policy; 2. General clerical work and filing of documents; 3. Production and analysis of relevant statistics; 4. Produce and analyze relevant statistics. As an Insurance Claims Handler, you will: 1. Provide advice on making a claim and the processes involved; 2. Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim; 3. Analyse a claim made by a policymaker to establish whether it satisfies the policy conditions; 4. Guide policyholders on how to proceed with the claim; 5. Contact service provider from a network of approved professionals; 6. Monitor the progress of a claim; 7. Ensure fair settlement of a valid claim. 【任职要求】 1. Hong Kong permanent residents or non-permanent residents but must hold a valid work visa (IANG, Quality Migrants or Dependant, etc.); 2. Degree holder in any discipline; 3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently and under-pressure; 4. Good spirit of team work and sense of discipline will be valued; 5. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint; 6. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
