- 【岗位描述】 Job Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the development of new testing and characterization methods for failure mechanisms related to the performance and process of cells, modules, and packs, and verify the reliability and consistency of these new methods; 2. Design and execute analysis and validation plans for performance and process failures in cells, modules, and packs, form judgments and draw conclusions, and summarize findings in reports; 3. Design and execute analysis and validation plans for customer complaint failures related to cells, modules, and packs, form judgments and draw conclusions, summarize findings in reports, and communicate and present results to customers. Qualifications: 1. Education: Master's degree or higher; overseas education experience is preferred; 2. Major: Majors in science or engineering such as materials, chemistry, electrochemistry, chemical engineering, power electronics, etc; 3. Language Skills: Proficient in English as a working language; 4. Work Skills: Strong research capabilities in electrochemistry, materials chemistry, and power electronics; extensive experience in the principles, development, and testing of lithium batteries; familiarity with electrochemical testing methods and their underlying principles is preferred; 5. Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
