• 【岗位职责】 Participate in the provision of a package of fixed income financing solutions for domestic and foreign companies, including onshore and offshore bond underwriting (including credit bonds and ABS), and financial advisory services for C-REITs, debt restructuring, etc. 参与为境内外企业客户提供一揽子固定收益融资解决方案,业务涵盖境内外债券承销服务(包括境内外信用债和资产证券化产品),以及公募REITs和债务重组等非债券承销业务的财务顾问等。 1.Assist in the execution and documentation of fixed income deals, including but not limited to deal structuring, due diligence, deal execution, risk control, drafting of offering circulars and application documents, and preparation and archiving of working papers. 协助固定收益产品的项目执行和项目材料制作,包括但不限于方案建议、尽职调查、项目实施、风险控制、募集说明书及申报材料的撰写、底稿的编制和归档等。 2.Assist in communication and coordination with issuers, intermediaries and regulators. 协助与发行人、中介机构和监管机构的沟通、协调等工作。 3.Assist in management and services of outstanding fixed income products. 协助存续期内固定收益产品的项目管理和服务工作。 4. Participate in regulatory policy research, business dynamics analysis, market analysis and other research work. 参与监管政策研究、业务动态和市场分析等各类研究工作。 5.Perform other supporting tasks as required. 根据需求完成其他支持工作。 Note: Graduates recruited will be assigned to work as our full-time analysts or associates in a particular field of the full chain of integrated fixed income solutions mentioned above, based on their personal characteristics.
