• 【岗位描述】 YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in daily desktop and software support, including system maintenance, patch installation, and antivirus scanning for engineering department users. Provide basic troubleshooting for computer hardware and network connectivity issues, and escalate complex cases to senior engineers. Collect, organize, and clean engineering-related data using Microsoft Excel, and generate routine statistical reports. Assist in developing simple Python scripts to automate data processing tasks and improve workflow efficiency. Support the engineering team in database querying and data validation tasks, ensuring data accuracy for ongoing projects. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science and Technology, Cybersecurity and Information Security, Computer and Information Management, Data Science and Big Data Technology, or a related field. Familiar with computer networks and computer hardware, with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for network issues. Familiar with the Windows environment, and able to assist with routine system administration tasks, including system maintenance, patch installation, and antivirus scanning. Possesses basic data processing and analysis skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Excel for data organization, statistical analysis, and report generation. Basic knowledge of Python programming; familiarity with commonly used data-processing libraries such as Pandas is preferred. Basic understanding of database concepts; experience with simple data querying and maintenance is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset. Fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility; detail-oriented and diligent in work.
