• 【岗位描述】 YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for overall production management in manufacturing process by setting the production objectives, strategies and plans to meet the PS KPIs, business priorities and customer needs. Ensure all documents used in formulation area comply with CGMP, internal and external regulation, HSE regulation and registereddossiers. Ensure all production activities in formulation area comply with defined process and standard. Make sure the products meet the quality standards. Continuously improve the processes to achieve a higher Quality, HSE standard and optimize cost, lead time and flexibility. Accountable for cost control in the area including material, investment in assets, personnel cost etc. to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the spending Responsible for team set-up, resource allocation, performance management and people development to ensure team’s productivity and capabilities can meet the business needs. Provide solution to ensure the new product introduction could meet quality, compliance and cost requirement. Ultimately responsible for the responsible area HSE performance; Support HSE activities followed internal & external regulations, procedures & SOPs. Lead production team pass EU, Russia TGA GMP certification, take lead of the new products technology transfer and scale production from existing sites to QD old site and from QD old site to QD new site. Responsible for new manufacturing leads and equipment leaders capabilities development. Lead Key production cost saving improvement projects to achieve business breakthrough. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor and above degree, major in pharmaceutical, chemistry, engineering, production etc. At least 5 years working experience in production. More than 2 years in managing multiple teams. Familiar with GMP regulations Strong influencing skills and collaboration spirit; solid experience in managing conflicts High learning agility to adapt to changes Advanced project management capabilities, can lead big technology transfer projects within strict timelines Good stakeholders management capability Work and prioritizing capability ina stressful environment.
