• 【岗位描述】 YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Exchange and disseminate scientific, educational, and research-related information through innovative TL engagement tactics and formats, including clarification and education on scientific data, study protocols, meeting abstracts, and professional literature. Identify, profile, and segment TLs, and contribute to strategy and engagement planning aligned with the medical strategy in the integrated brand plan, providing internal insights on TL interests, expertise, and influence. Prepare timely reports of field interactions and events, and track activities against PMP objectives and the country medical activity plan. Respond to medical/scientific queries from Medical Societies regarding BHC products. Provide internal and external scientific support, training, and education to Medical Advisors and Market Access teams, including presenting new information to hospital formularies and reimbursement decision-makers as needed. WHO YOU ARE Master’s degree or higher in clinical medicine, pharmacology, or a related medical field; MD or PhD preferred. Strong knowledge of the therapeutic area and solid understanding of clinical trial design and rationale. Good presentation and communication skills with the ability to build productive work relationships internally and externally. Ability to work independently, drive results, and demonstrate leadership and mentoring capabilities. Capable of initiating, organizing, and executing academic events. Demonstrated business insights and fluency in reading English literature. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Willingness and ability to travel.
