• 【岗位描述】 YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Records, verifies and executes transactions according to process documentation. Masterdata requests processing / VAC / Bank key creation (if existing in SwiftRef table) Manage ServiceNow requests and inquiries Returned/rejected requests and open items reporting Perform Root Cause Analysis Provide input and attend collaboration sessions with IC, O2C, S2P Attend and actively participate in the country call Attend sub-team meeting and providevaluable input SD Update for countries handled Support ICS controls activity (ie. Clarifying findings) Facilitate WBS, Team Meeting, participate in a working group Lead/Participate in an innovation activity WHO YOU ARE Graduate of any business related course, background in Masterdata Operations is an advantage. Can read and write both Japanese & Korean language required in business level. Good in MSO applications. Knowledge in operating SAP applications, is an advantage. Experience in a corporate set up, preferably in shared service organization is an advantage. Good communication skills. Flexible and team player.
